Quick answers to the most common booking questions.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for private events and 6–8 weeks for weddings. Reach out even if your date is sooner — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Is there a minimum booking?

Our minimum booking is 2 hours. There's no guest minimum — we're just as happy serving 15 people as 300.

Do you need power or water?

For events where we bring the espresso machine, we require access to 2 standard 120V/15A outlets with a combined draw of up to 2,050W — please ensure both outlets are on separate circuits if possible. We bring our own water supply, so no plumbing access is needed on your end.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the remainder due on the day of your event.

How much space does the cart need?

Our cart needs approximately a 6×8 ft footprint and works both indoors and outdoors — we handle all the setup and breakdown.

Do you travel outside NJ & NY?

Our primary service area is New Jersey and New York. For events further afield, get in touch and we'll see what we can do — we love a good road trip.
